On Monday August 4, 2014 @ 1433 hours Wicomico Central alerted Station 5 for a MVC at the intersection of Ocean Gateway and Old Railroad Rd. 517 (Derbyshire) arrived on location (POV) with a 2 vehicle MVC, tractor trailer vs. small pick-up truck and established Ocean Gateway Command. All ocupants of the vehicles were self extricated and two priority 2 patients from the pick-up truck were transported to PRMC via PM-A-5.

Command was placed under control @ 1455 hours and a sign board was requested from State Highway for traffic control.
