On Tuesday, January 20, 2015 @ 1841 hours the Hebron VFD was dispatched to a reported MVC with injuries at the intersection of Nanticoke Rd and Pemberton Dr. While units were enroute Central advised the original call came in as a car vs. deer but they had also recieved an additional call stating there was a non-breathing patient on scene. 

Once units arrived on scene they found that two vehicles were involved in the accident and were located several hundred yards apart. Command was established and an additional engine was requested to the scene to assist with lighting and traffic. 

EMS determined there was 1 priority 4 patient and 1 priority 3 patient both from seperate vehicles. A-5 transported the priority 3 patient to PRMC.

Command was placed under control @ 1920 hours and terminated @ 2117 hours.
