On Wednesday July 22, 2015 @ 1254 Wicomico Central alerted Station 5 for a reported MV with injuries at the intersection of Nanticoke Rd and Rockawalkin Rd. Ladder 5 arrived on scene to find a 2 vehicle MVC with a car under the rear end of a pick-up truck. Deputy 5 (Derbyshire) established Nanticloke Rd command and requested an additional ambulance from Station 5. PM B-5 and A-5 each transported 1 priority 3 to PRMC.

Command was placed under control @ 1314 and terminated @ 1318
