On Friday, 2/5/16 @ 0714 Wicomico Central alerted Station 5 for a reported MVC with injuries, vehicle into a pole @ Ocean Gateway and Old Railroad Rd. Ladder 5 arrived on location with a single vehicle MVC with a light pole on the ground, 515 (Beach) established Ocean Gateway Command. EMS arrived and checked 3 patient's for injuries. Command had Central notify the SHA about the downed light pole.

Command placed the incident under control @ 0724 and terminated @ 0809
