On Tuesday, 11/15/2016 @ 1158 Wicomico Central alerted Station 5 for a reported 2 vehicle MVC on N. West Rd near the Log Cabin Rd intersection. Ladder-5 arrived on location to find a two vehicle MVC, car vs tow truck. Deputy-5 (Derbyshire) established N West Rd Command and crew started assisting EMS with patient care. PM-A-5 and PM-B-5 transported 1 priority 3 patient each to PRMC. Command was placed under control and terminated while Traffic Control-5 remained on scene to block all traffic until the investigation was completed and vehicles were removed. 

Command placed under control @ 1217 and terminated @ 1222.
