On Monday October 19, 2015 @ 0709 hours Wicomico Central alerted Station's 12 and 5 for reported MVC w/ Rescue @ the intersection of Whitehaven Rd and Green Hill Church Rd (12's 1st due). While units were responding Central advised 523 (King) was on location comfirming Rescue and also advised the correct location was Whitehaven Rd near the Phillip's Farm (5's 1st due). 

 

Ladder 5 arrived on location with a single vehicle on it's roof and into a pole, 515 (Beach) established the command and crew started extricating in order for EMS to gain access to the patient. EMS on scene determined priority 4. MSP started the investigation and the ME was requested to the scene. Command was placed under control @ 0736 and terminated @ 1028.
