On Saturday 8/15/2015 @ 0040 Wicomico Central alerted Station 5 to assist Station 74 on a working house fire @ 1002 Walnut St. Delmar crews arrived to find a single family home fully involved with an exposure on the Bravo side of the structure and power lines down in the roadway. Crews quickly deployed a line to protect the exposure and command was established. E-507 arrived and was advised to stage with Tanker 74.
Command was placed under control @ 0108 and terminated @ 0144
Maryland State Fire Marshals Office is investigating the incident.
