On Thursday July 2, 2015 Wicomico Central alerted Station 5 for reported wires down in the roadway as a result of an MVC. Engine 507 arrived to find 1 vehicle in the woods with a pole and cable lines in the roadway, 516 (Phippin) established command and requested Verizon to the scene. Due to Verizon having an extended ETA Engine 1103 (Powelville) responded to the scene non-emergency to relieze E-507 for Carnival detail, Command was transfered to 1118.

Command was placed under control @ 1759 and terminated @ 1854.
