On Thursday, 7/19/18 @ 0200 Wicomico Central alerted Station 5 (Hebron) for a reported MVC on Ocean Gateway @ the Naylor Mill Rd off ramp.

Ladder-5 arrived on the scene to find a 3 vehicle MVC involving a tractor trailer, 515 (Beach) established Ocean Gateway Command and requested a response from Wicomico County EM due to a ruptured saddle tank. PM A-5 transported 1 priority 1 patient and PM B-5 transported 1 priority 3 patient to PRMC. 

This incident was placed under control @ 0227 and terminated @ 0344.
