On Thursday, August 7, 2014 @ 0740 hours Wicomico Central dispatched Station 5 for a reported MVC with injuries. PM-B-5 arrived on location with a 2 vehicle MVC, one vehicle fully involved. The EMS crew then requested an additional Engine Company from Station 16 as well as 2 additional ambulances from Salisbury. E-507 arrived on location and 540 (Cramer) established Naylor Mill Rd command. a 1 3/4'" handline was deployed and the crew of E-507 made quick work of the fire. Command was placed under control @ 0810 hours.

A total of 6 patients were transported to PRMC with 1 patient as a priority 2.

Command was terminated @ 0832 hours.
